1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and cg77 ("cg77," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the cg77 online gaming platform available at cg77.app and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any information that changes. cg77 reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel an existing account at its sole discretion.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

cg77 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, we may require you to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account, bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable regulations

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. cg77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the cg77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe specified by the relevant payment provider. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and processing times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. • Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). cg77 does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.
• Refunds: Deposits that have been used for wagering are non-refundable. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus terms.

cg77 reserves the right to reverse, cancel, or withhold any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable laws and regulations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

cg77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cg77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity

cg77 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited, and cg77 reserves the right to recover any losses caused by such activities through all available legal means.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cg77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of cg77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cg77.

The cg77 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of cg77. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of cg77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cg77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

cg77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cg77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cg77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

cg77 is committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account termination for breach of these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
